I had the pleasure of fishing with Jose Gomez and his girlfriend. They wanted to come experience what Lake Toho Bass Fishing had to offer them.
Lake Toho can get tough this time of year but we managed to find some key water with some bass. They put over 15 bass in the boat weighing up to 3 pounds.
It was a quick trip and we focused in on the Kissimmee grass that has been growing nicely. Bass love to feed and take cover around this grass.
Wild caught shiners were an effective method. I had to guide them on how to be patient when the fish bit. You have to let them eat it before setting the hook.
It was a great time out on the water and I am looking forward to fishing with them again in the future.
